The first Bombay Velvet music video is out
Team Bombay Velvet released a music video this morning featuring Anushka Sharma in the reworked version of 'Jaata Kahan Hai Deewane'- Geeta Dutt's rendition from Dev Anand’s super hit CID set to tunes by O P Nayyar.
The song in its new avatar, called as Fifi, has been sung by Suman Shridhar and composed by Mikey McCleary, popular for his jazz recreations of Bollywood songs in Shaitaan.

“Anurag wanted to add more drama to the music in Bombay Velvet. He asked me to rework on the CID song in my Bartender style. Suman and I recorded it sitting in a hotel in just an hour,” says Mikey, adding, There's another music video in the offing- the reworked version of Amit Trivedis Mohabbat Buri Bimaari- which even includes scenes which have been edited out.
Bombay Velvet, a period drama set in Mumbai, is a love story between a street-fighter-turned-construction baron (Ranbir Kapoor) and jazz singer Rosie Noronha (Anushka Sharma).
